Gary Martin (4610) Member since: 9/16/2000 My favorite photo subject is obviously lighthouses. I especially enjoy photographing them in low light and storm/gale conditions. My lighthouse images have "been in the money" in several regional, national, and international photo contests, and have appeared on several catalog covers and in regional magazine publications. I've also been fortunate enough to have several photo-illustrated pieces published nationally. I like high contrast and reflection photography and have been doing more of that lately. I hope you'll take the time to visit my website via the link in this portfolio. It's still under construction but all of the photos are presently in the galleries on the site. For cameras, I use a pair of Nikon F5's and lenses that range from a 14 mm f2.8 ultrawide angle to a 500 mm f4 telephoto. I shoot Fuji slide film exclusively and scan using a Nikon Coolscan 4000 ED slide scanner. Finally, thanks go to my sun Casey for shooting the pic of me posted on here. There aren't many of them around...
