detailsNikon FE2 Tamron 28-70

For some reason everyone assumed I was with the press so I was able to just walk around inside the barriers while they were fighting this store fire. Finally a cop got wise and booted me out. I never did see any flames because the smoke was so thick.

I like this one much better Andy. Very good.
2 Larry Sabo   (6/30/2000 2:45:00 PM)
That's what I was talking about--much more dynamic, and interesting contextual things, like fire truck, buildings, axes, hoses, etc. The dead centre cluster and errant axe handle detract slightly. '8'.

Great journalistic shot showing firefighters at their best.
4 Patricia   (7/1/2000 1:34:00 PM)
This could have made front page of any newspaper! Great shot!

I like this more too (and in B&W). Great shot, but I agree about the negative points mentioned by Larry.
